The revision based on Mozart’s autograph which had been evacuated from the Preussische Staatsbibliothek to Poland during World War II, and recently became available to musicological research once again at the Biblioteka Jagiellonska in Cracow in the 80’s – one of the happy results of the political changes in Eastern Europe.
